The Bolt Burchill Tranter support staff are an integral part of our Legal Practice who have lived and worked in the area for many years and have extensive conveyancing and general legal experiences. The Partners consider their support staff to be essential to the quality of the legal services provided to our clients.
Mossman Office
Raelene McDonald: Raelene has been a valued member of our firm since 2003. She works closely with Michael and has over 20 years’ experience in legal conveyancing in the Douglas Shire.
Raelene brings valuable local knowledge and extensive Mossman experience to her work with clients.
She has a strong commitment to the local community and volunteers her time to a variety of not-for-profit and community organisations whenever volunteers are needed.
Tash Dietmann: Tash made the decision to embrace a sea change over 10 years ago, relocating from Sydney to Port Douglas.
Tash brings a strong legal background to the firm, having previously worked for a settlements company where she dealt extensively with banks and the NSW Titles Office.
Tash is an active member of the Port Douglas Surf Life Saving Club and enjoys being involved in the local community.

Jessica Couthlard: Jessica has over 15 years’ legal experience with the firm and provides valuable support to Martin Tranter, primarily assisting with commercial conveyancing and management rights matters. Jessica works remotely.
Melanie Dibben: Melanie joined Bolt Burchill Tranter in November 2025, working closely with Martin Tranter after making the decision to take a new direction following her managerial role at a local golf club.
With a background in Commerce, Melanie brings strong organisational, administrative and commercial skills to the firm.
